Will a deposit required for the shoot? Is soft booking allowed at The Trio Shots?



Yes. a 50% deposit of the total cost of the shoot will be required in order to secure a slot. Balance 50% will be due 2 weeks before actual shoot date. More details will be shared in our Service Agreement when you do a booking with us!

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any soft bookings.

Are we open to any destination shoots?

Yes we do! However, the package price may vary depending on the destination of the shoot. So hit us up, let's work together on this.

How many photographers will there be for each shoot?

Our package indications are for 1 (or 2) depending on the range of the shoot. 

Are we open to other kinds of shoot other than our current services that we provide?

Yes definitely! While Pre-Wedding, Wedding & Family shoots are the main features, we welcome any form of shoots.

For Pre-Weddings, are we offering packages that includes external vendors such as gowns and MUA?

Not at the moment, though we are looking into future collaborations with our favourite vendors. So stay tuned for this :)

How far in advance should we start scheduling a shoot with The Trio Shots?

As soon as possible! Especially for PWS, the planning will have to be done in accordance with your timeline up to the AD. As a rough gauge for this, Our advice for PWS be scheduled about half a year in advance. As for family shoots, kindly let us know when will the photos be required.

As The Trio Shots may take up to 8 weeks to fulfil the deliverables, you may want to take into account this timeline as well.

Will editing be done by any external vendors?

Editing will only be done by us, so that what you get will be closest to what you see on any of our touch point. 

Will we be able to arrange a meeting with the photographer before booking?
